Copper Healthcare is a family run business and is a subsidiary of CQC which was originally formed by the Grewal Brothers in 1982. Over the next 25 years CQC grew to become of one the UK’s largest quilting manufacturers, with an enviable reputation for quality and craftsmanship.

As a major manufacturer in the area CQC was dedicated to supporting local industry and played a pivotal role in founding the Wolverhampton Chamber of Commerce and contributing to other local causes.

As demand for quilting products lessened, the company explored additonal new markets and Crown Beds was also formed in March 2000, and are now one of the leading bed manufacturers in the Midlands, supplying high quality beds and mattresses to some of the leading high street retailers.

In 2006 CQC was taken over by the second generation of Grewal businessmen, John and Goe Grewal. With a new focus and enthusiasm came the energy and enterprise to continue the Company growth and expansion through launching the Copper Healthcare range onto the UK market.

Copper CU:shion is the first product in the Copper Healthcare range; a foam mattress topper incorporating unique copper foam which is only available through Copper Healthcare.

Copper Healthcare has maintained the company values of craftsmanship and UK economic support by continuing to focus on obtaining UK produced materials to supply superior, high quality British made products.
