Guarantee
We aim to ensure the CU:shion reaches you in perfect condition and so every Copper CU:shion that leaves our premises gets a double inspection before despatch.
The Copper CU:shion is made in the UK from high quality materials and is guaranteed for 12 months against normal wear and tear – we are happy to replace any damaged product providing it has been subject to normal conditions of use.
Delivery
The normal delivery method when posting a Copper CU:shion, is using Royal Mail.
£12 for 48 hour service. Additional mattress topper are charged at £4 each.
Your parcel will be well packed and insured up to £200, just in case. Once sent, the parcel can be tracked via the Royal Mail website - we will email you the details once we have received your order. |
